ImpactCR members have come together because we believe the Cedar Rapids area is a wonderful home for young adults and we want to make it even better! 

ImpactCR combines the energy and coordinates the strategic visions of both Access Iowa and the Next Generation Commission by “connecting, engaging and empowering young talent in the Cedar Rapids area to ensure the long term advancement of the community.”

A volunteer organization, ImpactCR, seeks to reach out to all young talent, regardless of background, who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to creating a stronger, more vibrant community. Mirrored after the strong committee structure that supported Access Iowa throughout its 10-year history, ImpactCR’s core values include the promotion of civic, leadership, social, and charitable initiatives that drive positive, real change within the Cedar Rapids area.

Some love the social side of ImpactCR and participate in events such as our monthly DINE's and Siren Wednesdays. Others appreciate the opportunity to meet and influence business leaders at our Leadership Brownbag lunches and through our civic involvement in the community.
